No. There is never a fee to candidates for our services

Most of Monarch Staffing's client base is in the Delaware County and Chester County areas.
4) Does Monarch Staffing only offer temporary employment?
No. Monarch Staffing also offers direct hire placement services in addition to temporary services.
5) Are most Temporary Jobs entry level jobs?
No. While most temporary jobs in the past have been more focused on administrative functions, today they include a wide variety of jobs and companies. Most businesses utilize temporary employees.
6) How long will it take me to get a job once I apply with Monarch Staffing?
The time it takes can vary on your skill level and the needs of our client base. Sometimes we can offer you assignment with in a day or 2 or your registration.
7) Who pays me when I work for Monarch Staffing?
Monarch Staffing is your employer. Your pay will come from
Monarch Staffing on a weekly basis, once a Monarch Staffing
time card is turned in.
