Monarch Staffing HistoryExcellent Customer Service is about delivering a positive memorable experience time and time again. Laura Kasper has been doing just that in the local staffing market for years. As a student she put herself through school selling various products and services. With a degree in marketing and management, she landed a Regional Telemarketing Manager position. This was her formal start in recruiting, sales and running a decentralized operation. There was validation for her outgoing personality and genuine interest in helping others and thus began her success record in recruiting and sales.

During the later part of 1990's she saw there was much consolidation in the staffing business and the local market was not being serviced well. As a former Vice President of a regional staffing firm she gained valuable insight that propelled her to start Monarch Staffing in 2001.

Monarch butterflySo why the name Monarch? The inspiration came from a symbol that means change. As in the Monarch Butterfly. When job seekers are looking for a position they are going through a change and when employers are looking for staff, they too, are going through a change.

Even with Monarch's growth, Laura continues to be hands on in the business and enjoys networking and growing relationships throughout the region to deliver the best quality to her clients, candidates and internal team. Recently she was awarded the DCCC Professional Alumni Award and presented the Keynote address to the 2012 graduating class. Monarch was named top 5 of the largest Women Owned businesses by the Philadelphia Business Journal and our team continues to do outreach in the local community helping job seekers.
