  • We schedule interviews Monday through Friday, generally daytime hours, however; we may be able to accommodate special requests.

  • Our interviews aren’t casual chats, they are real job interviews! Dress for the job you want, impress us with your professionalism & bring your references. You never get a second chance to make a good FIRST impression!

    Interviews are typically conducted virtually.

  • Yes. We need to become familiar with your skills and abilities to help make a good placement for you when a position does come up.

  • After you have been interviewed, you are in our system! If you see a job that you are interested in online, contact the specific recruiter listed in the description or give us a call. There is no need to send us another resume or application!

  • After your interview, you become part of our candidate database and are automatically considered for any roles that match your skills and experience. Our clients often have specific requirements, so it's possible that you may not perfectly fit every position or might even exceed the qualifications. There's no need to submit another application, but it's beneficial to stay in touch with the recruiter you interviewed with for future opportunities.

  • When working a temporary position you are employed by Monarch Staffing as a W-2 employee. In the case of temp-to-hire, you are employed by Monarch again as a W-2 employee, for a set amount of time before being brought on by the client company.

    Direct hire placements are employed and paid exclusively by the client company you are placed at by Monarch Staffing

  • Once you are employed by Monarch Staffing for 30 hours a week or more, you are automatically given an opportunity to select Medical Health Insurance through Monarch Staffing. Rates and information are available here.
