Staffing Solutions

  • Temporary employee, also known as a contract worker, is an individual hired by a company or organization for a specific period of time or project. Temporary Employees will be W2 employees with Monarch Staffing as the employer of record. Temporary employees are engaged to fill short-term or long-term staffing needs, address workload fluctuations, or provide specialized skills for a defined duration and many temporary workers are used to keep positions open when employers are faced with their current employees going out on FMLA. They offer flexibility to businesses, allowing them to scale their workforce based on demand while minimizing long-term commitments.

  • A temp-to-hire employee, also known as a contract-to-hire or temporary-to-permanent employee, is an individual hired on a temporary basis with the potential for a permanent position. This arrangement allows both the employer and the employee to evaluate each other before making a long-term commitment. The temp-to-hire employee works for a predetermined period, typically several months, during which their skills, work ethic, and fit within the company culture are assessed. If the employee proves to be a good fit, the temporary position can transition into a permanent role, offering the employee stability and the employer a well-vetted, qualified addition to their team.

  • A direct hire employee is an individual who is hired directly by a company for a long-term position. Unlike temporary or contract employees, direct hire employees are not brought on for a limited duration or specific project. They are hired with the intention of becoming a permanent and integral part of the organization. Direct hire employees typically receive benefits, such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off, and are fully integrated into the company's structure, culture, and long-term plans. They contribute to the company's growth and success over an extended period, providing stability and continuity to the team.

  • Talent Acquisition Partner Program (TAP) is a strategic partnership where an organization entrusts its recruitment functions to us. We as the TAP provider manages various aspects of the recruitment process, improving efficiency, candidate quality, and time-to-fill positions. It allows organizations to focus on core business functions while leveraging external expertise and resources for optimized talent acquisition.

  • Intern staffing refers to the process of recruiting and hiring interns for temporary positions within an organization. These positions are typically offered to students or recent graduates seeking practical work experience in their field of study. Intern staffing programs provide opportunities for individuals to gain real-world skills, apply their knowledge, and explore potential career paths.

What’s In an Hourly Bill Rate

One might assume that a staffing company's profit from placing a worker on assignment is simply the client's charge minus what the company pays its temporary employee. All temporary employees that work for Monarch Staffing are W-2 employees and we are considered the employer of record, as such, there are additional costs incurred.

*The $34.00 bill rate is used for demonstration purposes, and organizations should consider their unique requirements and factors when determining pricing structures. This flexibility allows for a tailored approach to pricing that aligns with individual business objectives and conditions.
